A classic pizza recipe.

How to Make it

  1. Combine flour, salt, yeast, and water into a bowl and mix.
  2. Knead the dough until smooth and bouncy.
  3. Let the dough rest until it doubles in size.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
  5. Ball the dough and let it rest for another hour or more.
  6. Stretch the pizza dough and top with desired toppings.
  7. Cook in an oven preheated at the highest temperature with a pizza stone for approximately 5 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!

  • 44g yeast
  • 7720g all-purpose flour
  • 232g salt
  • 4 cans San Marzano tomatoes
  • 3400g mozzarella
  • Olive oil
  • 15 packs basil
  • 142g x 4 arugula
